Welcome to my site! I’m Jess Taylor, a dedicated personal trainer, running coach, and nutritionist passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. As a mother, I understand the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle—not just for myself but to set a positive example for my kids.
Fitness is my sanctuary. I run and strength train to enhance my mental and physical well-being. I’ve completed several 5K and 10K races, multiple half marathons, and I’m proud to say I’ve tackled the Walt Disney World Dopey Challenge twice—an adventure I’m currently training for again! My experience also includes participating in the Wine and Dine Weekend Challenge, the Princess Half Marathon Weekend Challenge, and the Springtime Surprise Weekend Challenge (even while pregnant!) all at Walt Disney World.
My athletic journey began in the classroom and on the fields—I played lacrosse from 5th grade through my freshman year in college and volleyball from grades 6 to 12. I’ve tried my hand at soccer, field hockey, and winter track, but I have to admit, I used to avoid the mile run in gym class!
